Alphinity at INTERPHEX 2026

New York City | April 21–23, 2026 | Booth 1361

We are commercially launching TFFi at INTERPHEX 2026 — the first single-use tangential flow filtration platform designed from the ground up for fragile modalities and intensified processes.

If you manufacture viral vectors, cell therapy products, or vaccines, we want 20 minutes of your time at the show. Here is why.

Something is wrong with your TFF step. Most teams haven't figured out what.

Standard 20–40% titer loss in AAV and lentiviral vector processing through standard TFF’s. That loss almost never triggers a deviation. It does not show up as a failure. It is accepted as background attrition, a normal cost of doing TFF.

It is not normal. And it is not unavoidable.

The source of that loss is the pump mechanism. Conventional peristaltic pumps squeeze fluid through tubing with rotating rollers. Every pass damages what you are trying to make. For monoclonal antibodies, robust, tolerant of mechanical stress, this is manageable. For viral vectors, living cells, and fragile biologics, it is not.

The equipment the industry has been using was built for a different era of biology.

TFFi was built for this one.

At INTERPHEX 2026, Alphinity is launching TFFi — the first single-use TFF platform designed around the biology it processes, not retrofitted to it. If you work with viral vectors, cell therapy, or any shear-sensitive biologic, this is the conversation you need to have.

What You Will See at Booth 1361

TFFi — Single-Use TFF Built for Fragile Biologics

In independent third-party testing, TFFi's PIXER pump delivered 4.4× better product filterability compared to the industry's established low-shear benchmark, despite operating at 16× the linear velocity. The conclusion: it is the pump mechanism, not flow rate, that determines product damage.

Meet the Team

Our process development and engineering team will be at Booth 1361 for all three days. Come with a process challenge, a specification question, or just to see what a TFF system built for modern biologics actually looks like.

We can discuss:

•             Your current TFF yield loss — and what's causing it

•             Whether TFFi fits your working volume and modality

•             Process development pathways from bench to clinical manufacturing

•             Data sheets, application notes, and performance

Book a Meeting at INTERPHEX

Meetings are 30 minutes with Alphinity's process development and engineering team. Available across all three days.

FAQ's

  • TFFi is Alphinity's single-use tangential flow filtration platform, built around the PIXER positive displacement diaphragm pump. It is designed specifically for shear-sensitive biologics including AAV, lentiviral vectors, CAR-T cell therapies, and vaccines. Learn more about TFFi →

  • Process development scientists, downstream processing engineers, MSAT and tech transfer teams, viral vector and cell therapy specialists, CDMOs, and OEM system builders. If you work with fragile biologics and use TFF in your process, we want to talk to you.
