— Better by Design
Aquasyn® designs and manufactures precision stainless steel valves, sampling and bleed assemblies, and custom-fabricated flow hardware for demanding process applications.
For over three decades, Aquasyn has specialised in high-integrity stainless steel components engineered to perform reliably where fluid control, durability, and consistency matter — from bioprocessing and pharmaceutical systems to chemical processing, utilities, and industrial OEM applications.
Aquasyn is recognised for its engineering-led approach to stainless steel flow hardware, combining proven valve technology with practical fabrication expertise.
This philosophy — solving real problems through thoughtful engineering — is what makes Aquasyn Better by Design.
Solution by Application
From tank bottom drain management to sterile sampling and custom fabricated assemblies — Aquasyn covers the full stainless steel flow hardware spectrum.
Proprietary Technology
Since 1996, Aquasyn's goal has been to break new ground, not retrace the steps of others. Every product is conceived and executed specifically to meet the needs of the bio-pharmaceutical sector.
High-performance fluoroelastomer diaphragms precision-moulded to tight tolerances. Meets ASME BPE standards and CFR 21 177.2600 extractable requirements. USP Class VI certified.
90-degree angle diaphragm valve uniquely suited for directional change applications — from hard-to-reach sample points on RO systems to bioreactor directional valves. Minimal internal volume.
Patented bonnet corner design that maintains diaphragm positioning while preventing extrusion. Provides consistent fixed diaphragm position — autoclavable and fully cleanable.
Patent-pending hybrid block body combining valve and instrumentation functions. Eliminates instrument tees and dead-leg concerns. Supports pH, DO, ORP, conductivity, UV/absorbance, and turbidity sensors.
Fully machined from solid 316L bar stock. True Zero Static with the smallest industry footprint. Completely drainable, ergonomic exterior, lightweight — with rapid made-to-order lead times.
Sealing ring machined at the flow chamber intersection to minimise areas where process fluids can accumulate. Reduces entrapment potential, maintains consistent flow characteristics, extends diaphragm life.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Aquasyn's US facility combines advanced machining with hands-on fabrication expertise — from concept drawings to finished assemblies.
State-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres for precision stainless steel components. Rapid turnaround on standard and custom products, leveraging stocked components for efficient assembly.
Orbital and hand welding capabilities. Polishing, electropolishing, and passivation in-house. Surface finish from 25Ra to 5Ra, mechanical and electropolished to ASME-BPE standards.
Experienced engineers using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and NX-Ideas. Fully detailed drawings for review and approval. CFD reports available on request. Rapid concept-to-drawing turnaround.
Material Test Reports and Heat Numbers as standard. Certificates of conformance, weld logs, weld maps, and profilometer readings available. Surface finish certificates and borescoping on request.
Beyond standard 316L stainless steel — Hastelloy, Titanium, and other exotic materials for demanding chemical, high-purity, and corrosive process environments.
Complex assembly machining capabilities. Full assembly and functional testing completed domestically. Project management support throughout the production process from order to delivery.
